Get filtered milestones

GET /api/2.0/project/milestone/filter

Returns a list of all the milestones matching the parameters specified in the request.

Minimum value of milestone deadline

Milestone responsible GUID

Last milestone ID

Specifies whether to return milestones only from my projects or not

List of milestones. A request that is not authenticated returns 401.
