RecalculateAutoFit

Recalculates the text autofit of the current shape according to its text autofit type. The "autoFit" type resizes the shape to fit the text, the "normAutoFit" type reduces the font size and line spacing to fit the text into the shape. The recalculation is performed after the script is executed. <note>This method is not supported in the document builder and works only in the editor.</note>

Syntax​

expression.RecalculateAutoFit();

expression - A variable that represents an ApiShape class.

Parameters​

This method doesn't have any parameters.

Recalculate the text autofit of shapes after their text is changed.

// Set the autofit types to empty shapes and then add a long text to them.

// After the script is executed, the first shape is resized to fit the text and the text of the second shape is shrunk to fit the shape.
